Chair with metal leg
Weld joint is failing. Leg needs to be re-welded.
Sewing machine
"The bobbin winder spindle is missing the little bit that holds the bobbin in place while spinning.
It’s a vintage Elna, at least 50 years old."
Floor lamp. Old bridge arm style.
Doesn't work. I have new cord and socket. Also have special lampshade which I plan on leaving home - delicate & expensive. Unless it is necessary to bring in.

The piece of wood holding the hinges snapped
Elna sewing machine.
There is a small ring missing from the bobbin spindle that holds the bobbin in place while winding.
Black+Decker Mill and Brew programmable coffeemaker. And Hamilton Beech hand mixer
"The coffeemaker grinder works but the water does not brew.
The hand mixer: the holes where you insert the beaters, one is cracked. "
A small copper watering can that needs the spout reattached. I came in in November and the person working on it thought we needed a different kind of solder. The next time he could come in to work on it was Jan 16.

It doesn't turn on - I washed it by hands, and now when I plug it in it doesn't light up or make water vapor
